I have been a qualified Holistic therapist for many years and I pride myself in providing a professional holistic experience to my clients.I moved to Southsea four years ago from the spa city of Bath where I gained my qualifications in Aromatherapy and Swedish massage in 1994.
I qualified in Reflexologywith a diploma in 1995 and Accredited status to the AOR (Member Association of Reflexologist) in 1996.
In 1997 I qualified in Reiki with first Degree, my second-Degree Reiki was completed in 1994 followed by Third Degree Reiki in 2002.

All the therapies offered have great benefit to a wide range of diagnosed conditions by releasing tension and promoting overall wellbeing a deep sense of relaxation can help reduce problems such as Migraine, IBS, fatigue, depression, ME and whether you’re and athlete or gym-goer, busy professional or someone who just wants to feel the benefits of holistic treatments, I am able to guide you as to which therapy may suit your needs.
I am happy now to be working in the Portsmouth, Southsea and delivering my therapies to the wider Hampshire area.
